Motion-sensing ensures bathrooms and utility spaces light up automatically at night without disturbing the rest of the household. Every Lutron system we install is fully integrated with Control4 for seamless whole-home control.

As a certified Sonos dealer, Eppilus designs and installs multi-room audio systems that deliver high-fidelity sound throughout your home, from the kitchen and primary suite to the pool deck and ski room. Streaming services, local libraries, and whole-home audio scenes are all accessible from the Control4 app or any in-wall touchscreen.

Eppilus designs clean, centralised video distribution systems that deliver any source—streaming, cable, or local media—to any screen in the home. Equipment is rack-mounted and out of sight, eliminating cable clutter and multiple remotes. Control everything from a single Control4 interface.

Eppilus coordinates closely with your project’s electrical contractor during pre-wire and rough-in to ensure all conduit, low-voltage cabling, and load schedules are aligned with the final system design. Early-stage coordination eliminates costly change orders and ensures the finished installation is clean and fully documented.

Gate and door control is fully integrated into your Control4 system. Grant access from any touchscreen, the Control4 app, or directly from your phone—whether you’re home or traveling. Video intercom feeds display on in-wall panels and mobile devices so you always know who is at the door or gate.

Lutron motorized shading is the natural complement to any Lutron lighting installation. Shades can be scheduled to open at sunrise, close at sunset, or respond to a lighting scene—all within the same Lutron or Control4 interface. We work alongside your interior designer to select fabrics and fascias that integrate seamlessly with the home’s design.

Eppilus provides ongoing support and maintenance for every system we install. We proactively monitor your network and AV infrastructure and address issues before they affect your experience. Clients have access to priority support via phone and email, and we offer annual system health checks to keep everything running at its best.
