A complete overhaul of every system in the property, carried out without touching the finished architecture — including a home theater and golf and shooting simulators for guests.
Red MountainAspen's first 8K home theater
Working with the developer on a major Red Mountain remodel, later featured in Reader's Digest. We were the AV, network and window treatment contractor — and built the first 8K movie theater in Aspen.
WillitsBasalt — ground-up construction
A ground-up build where we were invited in as the only technology contractor — network, lighting, audio, shading, security and access, designed as one system from the start.
Mason MorseColdwell Banker Global Luxury, Aspen
A four-screen 8K video wall for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury's Aspen office, running property films to the street, with displays through the conference room and offices and Lutron shading throughout.
Waters AvenueGround-up new construction, Aspen
A ground-up Aspen build taken from bare framing to a commissioned system: Control4 throughout, panelised lighting, Lutron shading, a projector and motorized screen, and a door station intercom.
Park Avenue63rd and Park
An Upper East Side apartment at Park Avenue and 63rd for an existing client, with Control4 control and panelised lighting, Lutron shades and Ruckus wireless — specified and installed by the same people who look after their Colorado home.
A. Lange & SöhneAspen boutique
For this new Aspen boutique we designed and installed a four-screen 4K video wall for marketing, along with ceiling audio and the full pre-wire, working from bare studs through to trim-out.

Aspen's climate demands precision. Adjust temperature across multiple zones from anywhere in the world, or let the system manage it by occupancy and time of day. Comfort is maintained without touching a thermostat.
Peace of mind
Check cameras, lock doors and verify every system is off — from the airport, the ski hill or the other side of the world. You have complete visibility of the property whether you are here or not.
Safety
Access control, cameras and perimeter sensors connect directly into Control4. Real-time alerts and live video reach your phone the moment something needs your attention, wherever you happen to be.
The brands we build on
Certified where it counts.
We are certified Control4, Lutron, Ketra and Sonos dealers. That means factory training, direct technical escalation and access to hardware and firmware that isn't sold through retail channels — which matters most on the day something needs fixing.
Beyond the control platforms we specify from a deliberately short list of manufacturers whose equipment we know will still be supported in a decade: Araknis and Ubiquiti for networking, Sony and JVC for projection, Stewart Filmscreen for screens, Triad, McIntosh and Episode for audio.
How we work
Three stages.
We are at our most useful before the walls close. Bring us in at design stage and the infrastructure is right the first time.

Consultation
We start by understanding the scope — what you want the house to do, how you actually live in it, and what the budget needs to achieve. Where it helps we demonstrate, either at our Aspen office or at a completed installation.
02
Design & integration
We produce the system design, coordinate with your architect, interior designer and electrical contractor through pre-wire, then install, programme and test every function before handover.
03
Support
We install reliable systems, and we back them with remote monitoring so most issues are found and fixed before you notice them. You will always be able to reach your technician.

Across the valley.
Based at the Aspen Airport Business Center and working throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. We also travel for existing clients — we have completed projects in New York, Florida and Canada.
