A record-setting Aspen residence, the valley's first 8K home theater, a 250-load lighting system, ground-up new builds and a Park Avenue apartment in New York. Most of our work is under NDA; these are the projects we're able to show.

Working with the developer on a major Red Mountain remodel, later featured in Reader's Digest. We were the AV, network and window treatment contractor — and built the first 8K movie theater in Aspen.

A four-screen 8K video wall for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury's Aspen office, running property films to the street, with displays through the conference room and offices and Lutron shading throughout.
Waters AvenueGround-up new construction, Aspen
A ground-up Aspen build taken from bare framing to a commissioned system: Control4 throughout, panelised lighting, Lutron shading, a projector and motorized screen, and a door station intercom.
Park Avenue63rd and Park
An Upper East Side apartment at Park Avenue and 63rd for an existing client, with Control4 control and panelised lighting, Lutron shades and Ruckus wireless — specified and installed by the same people who look after their Colorado home.

For this new Aspen boutique we designed and installed a four-screen 4K video wall for marketing, along with ceiling audio and the full pre-wire, working from bare studs through to trim-out.

Every project starts the same way.
A conversation about what you want the house to do. Not a product list — we can get to that later, and the answer changes depending on how you actually use the property.
From there we produce a system design and a budget, coordinate with whoever else is on the job, and take the work through pre-wire, installation, programming, testing and handover. Then we support it for as long as you own it.
